I want to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Although many of us are keeping our family members safe by staying home, there is much to be thankful for. This holiday provides the chance to do things a bit differently than we have before.
If you're use to visiting your loved ones, this year you have the opportunity to cook the holiday meal. How else are you gonna perfect the art of the turkey, or discover your special mac-n-cheese? Thanksgiving at home affords you the experience of learning the meal without the pressure and judgment.
Maybe you're used to having people over for the holiday. This year, the hostess-with-the-mostest may actually have a relaxing holiday. You already know how to cook, so the meal will be bomb. You won't have all the mess to clean and you might actually get a plate before 9pm.
I want to encourage all of you Pretty People to take this opportunity to hug yourselves. Just because things are different, doesn't mean they aren't beautiful in their own right.
