One thing I love about business is the various forms of engagement with others. People often offer advice, feedback, and ask questions.
Many times, the feedback comes across a bit 'judgey'- like they were holding salt for the right moment to hate on your creation. These moments can be challenging. Trust me, I know. Although a bit irksome, these moments may have little jewels sprinkled throughout that are actually helpful to your vision.
Watching Urban Gaming grow is such a treat. Part of that growth is knowing that my vision is my own and I will see it come to fruition. With that knowledge, I am able to accept useful feedback and ignore the useless.
Bottom line: Be Open to receive, and wise enough to leave the unapplicable (if that is even a word)
