We tend to have increased health as being part of our resolutions. The building block of health is diet and water- as you know. I noticed that healthy eaters eat brown rice. So I purchased some and attempted to make a pot. I say attempted because it was a disaster. How is rice going to be crunchy, raw, burnt, and watery at the same time? Clearly I am in over my head when it comes to brown rice.
